Where Magic Takes Form

My sanctuary is a cozy room with a large window overlooking the mountains, usually curled up in a warm blanket with fireplace and rain sounds going. It's here, surrounded by the scent of old paper and a vanilla candle, that the whispers of characters become conversations and the outlines of unknown lands sharpen into focus. It is my quiet, perfect portal to elsewhere.
